Très bien situé (a 3mn a pied de la sortie de metro n°14 Jongno 3 ga). Le personnel est au petit soin et disponible 24h/24. Les chambres sont grandes, propres et confortables.

Le petit dejeuner pourrait etre mieux ( même si ça reste correct)

Une légère odeur d'humidité, le petit déjeuner à horaires strictes , même 10minutes avant la fin c'est trop tard pour se servir, chambre pas très bien isolé et bruit du réfrigérateur .

The hotel was clean.

The hotel was clean. It is located near the subway and other attractions. You can literally walk from the hotel to the tourist spots and sites as well as shopping districts. Also, the street foods nearby are very cheap but delicious. The staff were also very helpful and very prompt in attending to our needs. All in all, my family and I enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Hopefully we can come back in the future and stay again in this hotel.

The food in the breakfast is the same everyday. I hope they can change it every other day.

in one of the days, they didn't inform that my heater was faulty so I was super cold and when it was fixed they didn't explain how it could be regulated

The heat floor is nice. Walking to Insangdong just 10 mins. There is a lots of shops and restaurant around the area. Front desk friendly . We stay in the executive room on 6th floor , quiet and jacuzzi water very hot . Will stay in the same hotel if i come again.

Garbage can too small for garbage but its ok. Towels kind of old. Staff understand little English. Breakfast should be included without extra charge will be a plus.

GS hotel - the hotel for winter!!

I like that they have floor heating and heated bidet in the bathroom.. I don’t have to sit on cold seats.. so good. The area has tons of street food and restaurants, there is no lack of choice.. even well known fast food and chained coffee places. The hotel is only a few minutes away from a subway station which is connected to 3 lines!! And on the main road is where I got drop off from the airport limousine bus.. again another convenience.. In the room, you have no lack of entertainment from the tv channels.. I have made up my mind that if I were to come to Seoul in winter, this hotel will be my first choice.

The walls are a bit thin so you can hear murmur of the tv sound or people talking/coughing/cleaning. But I can put up with this since there are so many good things I like about this hotel.

Satisfying

The location of GS Hotel is pretty good and we can walk to several attractions in 20 mins. As for transportation, it takes only three mins to the underground and the bus stop. I have to say it is very convenient. The facilities in my room is new, providing comfortable beds, quick hot water. The room is cosy and clean. Hotel staff are very nice, always giving us helpful suggestions on transportation and attractions. Many thanks for your help. Simple breakfast includes noodles, toast, biscuits, milk, coffee and some fruits. Have to say it is enough for me. Overall, my dad and I are satisfied with GSHotel and would like to recommend it to friends. If you want a nice trip in Seoul, can’t miss it !

It could be better if some improvements can be made on soundproofing facilities, cause I can hear someone is snoring in next door.

GS hotel Jongno is a small, reasonably-priced, well-located hotel with helpful staff.

1. Location - 2-minute walk from 2 train stations or bus stops, within walking distance of the Jongmyo shrine and within a bus or train ride or two from the major Seoul attractions. Hotel entrance located in a narrow, quiet alley. There's a 7-11 store and a Starbucks a minute's walk away and a McDonald's, Burger King, local coffee shops and bus stop for airport bus 6002 are all within a 5-minute walk. 2. Cleanliness - the staff took good care of the room, towels were changed everyday and the room was kept spotless; 3. Heated floors - heated floors were much appreciated since we stayed in the hotel during a very cold November; 4. Hotel staff - the hotel staff were very polite and helpful and took care of our requests promptly; 5. Toilet equipped with electronic bidet and heated seat; 7. Floor towel provided which was very convenient after stepping out of the shower; 8. Water pressure is good; 9. TV stations had some English news and entertainment channels; 10. Beds were comfortable; 11. 2 bottles of water were replenished and placed in the room's small ref everyday;

1. Small bathroom with the sink and shower combined but it somehow works so it's not a big deal; 2. No cabinet for clothes, only a couple of wall hooks with hangers; 3. Rooms are small but has enough space for 2 persons;

brilliant as always, no fuss.

I love this hotel, very cheap, extremely clean. Location is the best. easily accessible to jong no 3 station (3 lines) or the euljiro 3 station (2 lines). walkable to dongdaemun (15mins), myeong dong (20mins) and the markets in jong no 5. I always always stay in this hotel because its so convenient to everything. on the day i leave, the airport bus is conveniently located on the opposite side of the main road on the right. takes 1hr15 mins on the bus to get to the airport.

i don't complain about the window because I don't stay in the hotel room for that long in a day, but the only down side is the lighting in the room (no natural light)

Location is convenient between two stations so a lot of train lines were easily accessible Room was a good size, working air conditioner, good sized bathroom, daily maid service and complimentary water Area was quiet at night and felt very safe when coming back late

Took a wrong turn so was a little hard to find the hotel but once I found it, it was easy to find each time

Too expensive

When it was raining, which I could not see from outside my window the staff offered me an umbrella.

This hotel is way overpriced, I got a very small room in which were 2 small beds, for me not big enough to sleep in. There was a lot of noice, the fridge but also the subway underneath the hotel. Worst of all I could hardly open the window because ther was a wall 10 cm behind it. So I had no daylight in the room.

A great family stay option in an excellent location!

This hotel was a great family accommodation in Seoul which was both well located and affordable. The hotel is located within a five minute walk of several subway stations, and you can also easily walk to Insadong. There are a lot of food and convenience stores located close to the hotel. Also has a very affordable basic breakfast option.
